CUSTOMS DUTY TAX/CLEARANCE:
The estimated shipping times are based on the packages arriving to the destination country.
However, if Customs plan to hold the package for inspection/checking they may do so and have a time limit for how long they can hold the package which will be added to the travelling timescale provided above. Customs hold is different depending on the country and is can usually take up 2 weeks
It is the customers (importers) obligation to find out the laws in their country regarding Customs Tax. Each country will have a different value threshold on imported goods after which Customs Tax is Chargeable. Any Customs Tax due will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay. If the customer refuses to pay for the Customs Tax the package will be returned to Al-Fadeelah, and you will be reimbursed for the item minus any shipping costs that Al-Fadeelah spent attempting to ship the customer’s order out.
COLLECTION:
We are now offering an order collection option. This means customers can come in and collect their order as soon as it is ready. Once your order is ready for collection you will receive a message or a call from Al-Fadeelah to let you know your order is ready with the full address. We are based in Southeast London (Lewisham).
