REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
At Al-Fadeelah, we value our customers and are devoted to providing the best possible service. If you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us as soon as you receive your purchase, to arrange a return and refund (must be done within 5 days of receiving the item(s))
Any product you return must be unworn, in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. We cannot accept back any items of clothing which have been scented/perfumed so please be careful if you are wearing perfume when trying on. If these conditions aren't followed, we cannot re-sell the item(s) and your return will be refused.
RETURN POSTAGE:
Please note that the customer must pay for postage when returning items and ensure they request and retain the proof of postage. Once we receive the returned items, we will assess them. Also, if you would like to exchange you will have to pay the new shipping cost.
We do not refund any special shipping services that customers have paid extra for, as that the amount paid by the. customer is paid directly for the shipping service which was provided.
